Welcome to the PeachFest Volunteer Program
Thank you so much for wanting to be involved with PeachFest. We are now taking applications for volunteers. Positions range from cooking to box office and everything in between!
PeachFest returns to downtown Atlanta on Sunday, July 29, and once again the FlatironCity (Fairlie-Poplar) will play host to the more than 600 attendees, 65 food artisans, pastry chefs and barkeeps who will collaborate on a memorable culinary event.
PeachFest was named after Georgia’s iconic state fruit and aims to celebrate the state’s agricultural diversity. All proceeds from the event benefit, Piggy Bank, a start-up farm in Missouri that serves as a kickstarter for new family farms and a safety net for those in the wake of a disaster (fire, flood, and disease).
PeachFest also supports Concrete Jungle, an organization that will plant peach trees in Atlanta. PeachFest 2018’s theme is “Georgia is our Home,” an initiative to combine responsible agriculture, culinary, and technology alongside delicious preparations of Georgia-grown peaches. Our goals include raising money for charity, celebrating Georgia grown peaches, blueberries, peanuts, heritage breed pigs and Vidalia onions while discovering a new Downtown culinary experience.
